1. Which topic in this lesson was most interesting, informative, or challenging for you and why? Domain Names The reason I find Domain names interesting and challenging is that it is use to locate an organization on the web and internet. It is split in groups to be recognized by the address and the type of organization which the domain name system is presenting. The examples of the top-level domain names are listed as followed: com. is used by commercial entitles such as the VeriSign Global Registry Services , .edu is restricted to accredited degree-granting institutions of higher education sponsored by EDUCAUSE , and .org which is nonprofit entities one of them is managed by Public Interest Registry (PIR). The learning about domain names will help me learn more about websites, and succeed in education.
