Web 3.0

Explain the technology or concept Web 3.0 is the evolution of the web as an extension of Web 2.0, it is define as connective intelligence, connecting data, concepts, applications, and people.   Share your thoughts about the topic. For example, if it is a new technology, product, company, etc., do you think it will be successful for the long term or be trendy and quickly fade away? If there are differing opinions about the future of something, which projection do you agree with? Make sure to explain why you feel the way you feel about any stance you take. My thoughts on the Web 3.0 is that this new technology will be the new and improved invention that Web 2.0  wasn't. Changes I find Interesting

1. What changes do you consider most important, most surprising, and most influential?   Choose one topic that interests you. Make a prediction about the state of the topic ten years from now. The changes that I consider the most important, surprising and influential is Wikis. Wikis provide  a lot of information provided by a visitor based on their knowledge of a person, place, and thing,  for many of us to gain information on the subject that interests us the most and to learn more about it.   In my own prediction in ten years for Wikis, these will still be used as an online dictionary, encyclopedia, synonyms, and antonyms, for many schools, like elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and  colleges as assignments or for anyone who would look up the subjects they find the most important and influential.

My information on the Web and Internet

1.  Which topic in this lesson was most interesting, informative, or challenging for you and why? Domain Names The reason I find Domain names interesting and challenging is that it is use to locate an organization on the web and internet. It is split in groups to be recognized by the address and the type of organization which the domain name system is presenting. The examples of the top-level domain names are listed as followed: com. is used by commercial entitles such as the VeriSign Global Registry Services , .edu is restricted to accredited degree-granting institutions of higher education sponsored by EDUCAUSE , and .org which is nonprofit entities one of them is managed by Public Interest Registry (PIR). The learning about domain names will help me learn more about websites, and succeed in education.   Felke-Morris, Terry. “Web Development & Design Foundations with HTML5.” Web Development & Design Foundations with HTML5, 8th Edition , 8 Jan. 2018, webdevfoun...
